Hi, I’m Gina. I specialize in supporting men and women through the complex layers of grief and trauma, whether rooted in personal loss, infertility, birth trauma, or the unique challenges faced by military personnel and first responders. My approach is grounded in deep compassion and attuned to the emotional weight these experiences carry. I use Brainspotting and other integrative methods to help clients process pain in a way that feels both safe and empowering. I also offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for fellow therapists seeking to do their own healing work.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating major life transitions, whether it's adjusting to an empty nest, redefining purpose after career changes, or simply feeling unmoored in a new phase of life. My work is rooted in helping clients heal from trauma, build authentic self-esteem, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I also offer affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ clients, creating a safe and supportive space to explore identity and growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that it’s never too late to reclaim your story.

My approach is down to earth and eclectic, blending evidence based practices with a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Whether you're feeling stretched thin, disconnected, or simply in need of space to breathe, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll make sense of the chaos and reconnect you with strength, clarity, and calm.
