Hi, I’m Gina. I specialize in supporting men and women through the complex layers of grief and trauma, whether rooted in personal loss, infertility, birth trauma, or the unique challenges faced by military personnel and first responders. My approach is grounded in deep compassion and attuned to the emotional weight these experiences carry. I use Brainspotting and other integrative methods to help clients process pain in a way that feels both safe and empowering. I also offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for fellow therapists seeking to do their own healing work.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating major life transitions, whether it's adjusting to an empty nest, redefining purpose after career changes, or simply feeling unmoored in a new phase of life. My work is rooted in helping clients heal from trauma, build authentic self-esteem, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I also offer affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ clients, creating a safe and supportive space to explore identity and growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that it’s never too late to reclaim your story.

Hi, I’m Kelsey. I specialize in supporting therapists and social workers as they navigate complex stressors arising from both their professional and personal lives. I also work with individuals within the military community, including active-duty service members and spouses, helping them address the unique challenges shaped by military culture.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in deep compassion, attuned to the emotional weight these experiences can carry, and guided by a trauma-informed lens. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, among others. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and empowering therapeutic environment that helps clients navigate their journey with clarity and confidence.

I work with adult individuals navigating depression, anxiety or relationship stressors, as well as, military spouses managing the unique stressors of deployment, transition, and constant change. My approach is down to earth and eclectic, blending evidence based practices with a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Whether you're feeling stretched thin, disconnected, or simply in need of space to breathe, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll make sense of the chaos and reconnect you with strength, clarity, and calm.
